Age of Driver: The minimum age of the driver is 25 years old. The maximum age for all drivers is 72 years old.
Minimum days of rental...3 days.
Driver’s License: The driver(s) must be a holder(s) of a driver’s license for at least a year.
Additional Drivers: First and second additional driver are free of charge.
Personal Belongings: The company is not responsible in any way for the personal belongings of the renter or passengers.
Out of hours office (09.00 – 21.00): Available on request with 22,40 euro (tax included) extra per way from 23.00 to 9:00
Gasoline: We use only unleaded gasoline, which is the responsibility of the renter. No refunds are given for excess fuel left in the vehicle.
Children’s Seats: Provided free of charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly attach child seats.
GPS: Provided with an additional charge of € 7 + vat per day.
Baggage (luggage) placement is customer’s responsibility. Our company cannot be held liable for damage to luggage/baggage or if the luggage/baggage don’t fit in the car.
Taxes & VAT 24%: Included in the rental price.
Traffic Violations - Fines: All fines from illegal parking and violations of the traffic code that may occur during the rental period, are the renters’ responsibility and will be charged to their credit card.
PAYMENT / CANCELATION POLICY
It is required that the renter is a credit card holder in order to proceed to the car rental.
- In order to guarantee your reservation a deposit of 25% is required at time of booking.
- Balance to be paid on your arrival
- After payment of deposit (Bank transfers / remittances , Paypal and e-commerce) there is no refund in case of cancelation.

The rates also include the following coverage:
- Death, partial or total disability of third parties and of the passengers of the car up to € 1.000.000
- Material damage of third parties, up to € 1.000.000
Discharge of Liability in the Event of an Accident
The lessee may choose one of the following insurance policies upon reservation or upon pick-up of the vehicle in order to pare the amount of guarantee.
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) COMPULSORY INSURANCE
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) limits the driver’s liability in the event that the rental car is damaged, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
Rather than the full cost, the driver is generally only responsible for the first portion, known as their ‘excess’.
Should the lessee choose the Collision Damage Waiver insurance, his/her obligation to pay for possible damages to the company's vehicle is limited, with the lessee paying in addition of 10 euro per day, according to the category of the vehicle. Discharge is limited to the below mentioned amount of 500 euro
The tenant is not relieved from financial liability in the event of theft, fire, damage to the underside of the vehicle, wheels (tires and rims), mirrors, seat or general interior damage, loss of keys and any accessory loss.
PDW rates also include the following coverage:
- Death, partial or total disability of third parties and of the passengers of the car up to € 1.000.000
- Material damage of third parties, up to € 1.000.000
Complete Discharge of Responsibility(FDW), Theft-Fire Insurance (TP) (Without payment of any amount)
In the event that the lessee of the vehicle opts for complete discharge of responsibility, including Theft Insurance(TP), he/she is relieved from the financial liability to repair any damage to the company's car that may arise. In order to qualify for full liability, the lessee must pay the amount of 15 euro per day.
In case of refuelling with the wrong type of fuel, the lessee is obliged to pay the damage caused, in full
Damages caused to a vehicle that is not covered by a rental agreement due to expiration or no prompt renewal of it, the company is released from any obligation and the lesse undertakes the total cost of repair.

Exceptions to insurance: Under the influence of alcohol. Loss/damage of keys handles and locks. Car underside, doorsill, tyres wheels, windscreens, windows, mirrors, lights glass or plastic parts, gas gap clutch, off road driving, flat (dead) battery. Any damage to the interior of the car, (sun visors, extreme dirtiness, salt-water damage). The company in any case is not obligated to replace a flat tyre. Car insurance covers only Kefalonia and Ithaca.
With the reservation, the renter states that read and accept the above terms.
The company reserves the right to amend the rates or terms and conditions at any time.
